Joseph McGuire, CCM
   Joe has served as General Manager of the Country Club of Maryland since February 1st, 2014.  Prior to joining CCMD, Joe spent seven years with Troon Golf - a Scottsdale, Arizona based Club Management Company that manages over 200 golf and resort properties world-wide.   Joe has held management positions at Philadelphia Country Club (Gladwyne, PA), Fieldstone Golf Club (Greenville, DE) and Out Door Country Club (York, PA).   In 2013, Joe earned the ‘Certified Club Manager’ (CCM) designation from the Club Manager’s Association of America. 

PGA Golf Professional

Michael Healy, PGA
Mike has served as the Head Professional since October of 1999, now in his 17th Season with the Club.  Prior to coming to the CCofMD, Mike was the Head Professional at Geneva Farm Golf Club from 1989 to 1999.  Mike started in the business at Longview Golf Course where he turned pro is 1986 and obtained his PGA Membership in 1989.  Mike attended University of South Carolina and Archbishop Curley High School.

Tanner Seipp
Chef Tanner Seipp came to work at the Country Club of Maryland in the Spring of 2018.
Since March of 2015, Chef Tanner Seipp, had been the Executive
Banquet Chef at Baltimore Country Club.
Serving two clubhouses, sometimes simultaneously, duties include but not limited to menu development, purchasing, scheduling, staff coordination and much more.
Before coming to BCC, Chef Tanner, served as Executive Chef for
SAGE Dining Services, a local Baltimore owned contract food
service company. At Notre Dame University of Maryland, chef
had three food outlets that he staffed, managed , and purchased
for. Along with providing food for staff and the student body, the
school did close to a million dollars in banquets and private events.
Prior to working for SAGE Dining services, Chef Tanner ran Bluestone kitchen, a high volume successful restaurant in
Lutherville, Maryland. Bluestone did about $6.5 million in annual sales, chef Tanner held title of chef de cuisine and worked very closely with owners
on menu development and direction of the restaurant.
Chef is ServSafe certified in Maryland and a certified ServSafe
instructor. He completed his culinary education at Johnson &
Wales University Charleston campus in 2001. He acquired an associates degree in culinary arts and a bachelors degree in foodservice management. Since completing his education Chef
Tanner has donated many hours to multiple community services including food bank of Maryland and Mosaic services.

Beth Reynolds
Beth started in the Club business in 1998 at Hunt Valley Golf Club. In 2004 she became the Catering Director at Hillendale Country Club. In September of 2007 she was asked the join the CCMD family where she have had the privilege of spending the last eight plus years.

Carina has worked at the Country Club of Maryland since 2007.  Starting in Reception she quickly got to know and respect our wonderful group of Members.  Carina's admiration for the Club made her a perfect candidate when the job for Membership Director opened up.  Feel free to contact her for any of your membership questions.

Catering Director

 Kate Reinhart
Kate Reinhart graduated from Towson High School and went on to Drexel University to pursue her love of the hospitality and culinary industry where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree. During her time there she was on the Dean’s List and was also awarded the George Perrier Scholarship and Internship, giving her the opportunity to work at the famed Le Bec Fin. After graduating she moved west to Colorado where she managed a bar and restaurant in Denver and worked as a Pastry Chef at Smith Fork Ranch on the western slope. After moving back home she was thrilled to find the Catering Director position at The Country Club of Maryland available and was eager to start her new career in the country club industry. She is now a member of the Club Managers Association of America and is the recent recipient of the Jim Pappas Scholarship.

Lisa Carmody
Lisa has spent her entire career in the hospitality/management industry. While earning a BS from the University of Baltimore, she managed family owned and operated businesses throughout the Towson/Timonium area.  In 2011 Lisa was thrilled to join the management team at Country Club of Maryland.

PGA Director of Instruction

Owen Dawson

As the first Director of Instruction on staff, PGA Member Owen Dawson has served at the CC of MD since 2001.  Owen’s intro to the golf business started at Caves Valley in 1993 working on the greens crew for two summers. Starting in 1996 Owen worked at PGA National Resort and Eastpoint CC in Palm Beach Fl. Owen has held assistant positions at Bonnie View CC, Baltimore, MD, Hillendale CC, Phoenix MD
(1998-2001) and CC of Maryland 2002-2010).  Owen attended Calvert Hall and Towson State University
